The tutorials serve the purpose of:

• deepening lecture contents
• allowing a practical application of lecture contents
• discussing empirical articles related to lecture contents.

In the tutorials, we specifically focus on four topics:

1. Board Compositions
2. Compensation Packages
3. Shareholder Activism
4. Corporate Social Responsibility

In the first interactive part of the tutorial, the students learn to present and discuss findings of academic articles.
