This course will focus on forms summative and formative assessment in foreign language classrooms from primary to secondary school. Students will be introduced to psychometric test criteria, education law and guidelines as well as approaches to test design and concepts of formative assessment.

Students will be expected to both design various types of assessment as well as taking over responsibility for (team-) teaching one of the sessions. This will be scheduled in the first session.
