Promotion of junior researchers

The research group promotes junior researchers at various levels. In the coordination project and the individual subprojects, numerous students are employed as research assistants. The research group supports a large number of PhD students. Among the subproject leaders are three junior professors (Jan-Frederick Göhsl, Svenja Hippel, and Friederike Malorny) as well as two postdoctoral researchers (Anna Kirchhefer-Lauber and Christian Rüsing). The group supports early-career researchers through a variety of formats, such as doctoral colloquia, workshops and specialised conferences.
