    Thesis with the title: Refining methods for solo LTR detection and an analysis of solo LTR distribution in six eukaryotic genomes.

 

Research Interests

  • Sex ratio theory and genetic conflicts. 
     
  • Coupled bacterial (Wolbachia sp.) and viral coinfections.
