Join the Ensemble 22

Ensemble 22 is always happy to welcome interested parties who would like to join the choir.

Requirements for admission

We are a small choir where every voice counts. New members must therefore fit in well with the ensemble in terms of singing and humanity. Our rehearsal rhythm also makes it necessary to work on some of the pieces oneself. Therefore, in order to sing along with us, you need choir experience, a confident handling of your voice and the ability to sing from the sheet.

So that we can get to know each other, we handle the recording process as follows:

Interested parties are invited to an audition in the presence of the choir director, the principal and interested choir members. This audition usually takes place before a rehearsal.

After a successful audition you will be invited to a rehearsal, usually on the same day, so that we can get to know each other a little. If you are still interested in being accepted into the choir, the entire ensemble will then decide in an internal vote whether or not you wish to be accepted.

If you want to get an impression of the choir and its rehearsals in advance, you can, after consultation with our board, also listen to a rehearsal or come to one of our next concerts without obligation.

Rehearsal period

We rehearse during the lecture period every Tuesday from 20:00 to 22:00.
