Abstract submission for EuroBIC-17 is now open. The deadline for abstracts to be considered for an oral presentation is April 5, 2024, while the one for all other abstracts is May 19, 2024.

Registration and abstract submission are facilitated through the Indico tool.

To utilize this tool, it is necessary to create an Indico account. Once the account is created, you will receive an email (in German) requesting confirmation (subject: "[Indico] Bestätigen Sie ihre eMail“), containing a confirmation link to “https://indico.uni-muenster.de/register[...]”. If you do not receive this email, please also check your spam folder. Upon clicking the link provided in that email, you can proceed with the registration and abstract submission via Indico.

When you login to Indico, please note that two slightly different login screens are possible. You need to "Login with Indico", which is shown on the left-hand side. If you encounter the "Login with Uni Standard-Login" screen (shown on the right-hand side), please select "Indico" to toggle to the other login screen.
