The registration for Afroeuropeans 2015 is now open. All conference participants including presenters are required to register.
Conference fees
The conference fees depend on the time of registration (early / late) and your employment status (reduced fee / regular fee). Please note that our early bird rates will only be available until 15 July 2015. Reduced fees are offered only for students and PhD students, and freelance / non-affiliated participants. Münster University students (incl. PhD students) can attend the conference for free but are required to register as well.

The conference fees cover participation in all scheduled events, coffee breaks, a drinks reception, a conference kit and the book of abstracts. The conference dinner needs to be paid separately.
Conference dinner
The price for the optional conference dinner is 21€. It will include amongst others, a vegan and a gluten-free option. The dinner will take place on the evening of Thursday 17 September and further details will be made available in June.
Payment
Payment method for both conference fees and conference dinner is by Visa or Mastercard only. Should neither of these payment options be available to you, please do not hesitate to contact us via email afroeuropeans2015@gmail.com.
