The University of Münster replanted around 150 Wild Lime Trees in the Schlossgarten. At the foot of most of the trees is a sign with a personal engraving by the sponsors. Below you will find the inscriptions sorted according to the location of the rows of trees. We have reproduced the texts as they are/were publicly displayed on the signs.

  • A stake on either side of the young tree supports it until it is firmly rooted.
