Immunregulatorische Rolle von pro- und kontraentzündlichen
Mediatoren bei chronisch entzündlicher Darmerkrankung

In vitro-Untersuchungen an peripheren Monozyten von Patienten mit Morbus Crohn und Colitis ulcerosa sowie an intestinalen Epithelzellen belegen, daß durch IL-10, Il-13, IL-4 und IL-15 eine effektive Herunterregulation proinflammatorischer Zytokine erreicht wird. Vielversprechend scheint der Einsatz einer kombinierten Therapie mit verschiedenen Suppressorzytokinen.
