Registration

The registration fee includes (also for student registration):

• Conference proceedings
• Coffee breaks
• 3 x lunch
• Social events (city tour & conference dinner)

Please note that at least one of the authors must register for the conference by 14th June. Accepted papers without registration will not be included in the conference program and proceedings. One registration for multiple papers is allowed.

Students

This category includes PhD students. Students have to show a current student ID or some equivalent confirmation at registration desk.

Payment is possible as bank transfer or by credit card. Please use the secure online form for registration.

Refund and cancellation policy

A registration related to accepted papers cannot be refunded. Substitution of participants is possible.

Cancellation before 31th July will be refunded. Refunds are subject to an administrative fee of 25%. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
