Instructions for presenters
Talks
Oral presentations slots will be 20 minutes (plus 5 minutes for discussion and 5 minutes to change rooms, if necessary).
There are hdmi, VGA, and audio connections for the projectors. Windows laptops will be provided in each room, so bring along a memory stick with your presentation. You will have access to the computers throughout all conference days and you are welcome to upload your presentation at any time. There will be technical support in the 15 minutes preceding each session.
Wifi is available throughout the building (please connect to „GuestOnCampus“).
Posters
Posters should be in A0 portrait format (width x height: ~ 84 x 119 cm; 33 x 47 inches). There will be two poster sessions (see conference program).
Poster prize award: A jury will choose 5 favourites beforehand and will then pick the winner during the conference.
