Abstract

Pastoraltheologisches Forschen setzt die kreative Konfiguration pluraler Wissensbestände mit den Praxisfeldern gelebten Glaubens voraus. Dafür ist der Bezug zu den Wissenskorpora anderer akademischer Disziplinen entscheidend. Ein bisher stiefmütterlich konsultierter Theorieort ist die Dienstleistungstheorie. Dadurch blieb unbeachtet, dass sie sich seit einigen Jahren zu einer komplexen Handlungs- und Interaktionstheorie weiterentwickelt hat. So versteht sie unter Dienstleistungen soziale Praktiken, die sich als kooperativ-kollaborative Interaktionsgeschehen realisieren und ko-kreative Wertschöpfungsprozesse anbahnen. Von einer Diskurspartnerschaft kann die Pastoraltheologie nicht nur durch die präzise Terminologie und methodisch-organisatorische Gestaltungsvorschläge profitieren. Sie enthält auch Hinweise auf eine pluralitätsfähige Pragmatik der Glaubensüberlieferung.

Pastoral theological research requires creative configuration of pluralistic knowledge with practical fields of lived faith. Therefore, the connection to knowledge of other academic disciplines is crucial. One field of knowledge that has been neglected so far is service theory. As a result, it has gone unnoticed that it has evolved into a complex theory of action and interaction in the last few years. For example, services are understood as social practices that are realized as cooperative-collaborative interaction events and initiate co-creative value creation processes. Pastoral theology can benefit from a discourse partnership not only through its precise terminology and methodological-organizational design suggestions. It also contains implications for a pluralistic pragmatics of the tradition of faith.
