Das Klima des Kongresses
Wie sich Praktische Theologie im Anthropozän verändert
Abstract
Der Beitrag präsentiert im ersten Teil einige Tagungsbeobachtungen zum Kongress „Buen vivir – Pastoral im Zeichen der Klimakatastrophe“. Dabei wird einerseits das lateinamerikanische Leitkonzept als eine ziemlich grundlegende Herausforderung gewürdigt, die sich mit indigenen Kosmologien und Epistemologien des Südens verbindet. Zum anderen wird kritisch nach den vor Ort diskutierten und den weitergehenden Musterunterbrechungen angesichts der Klimakatastrophe gefragt. Der zweite Teil vertieft im Horizont der Rede vom Anthropozän die Anfragen an den Stand der (Praktischen) Theologie: Um einen auch für Menschen weiter bewohnbaren Planeten zu bewahren, darf Theologie nicht mehr allein vom Menschen ausgehen, sondern von der Verbundenheit aller unterschiedlichen Wesen. Mit ökofeministischer Theologie und einer Erkenntnistheorie situierten Wissens gilt im Blick auf die ersten und letzten Fragen des Planeten: Staying with the trouble (Donna Haraway).
The first part of this article presents essential observations from the congress "Buen vivir – Pastoral Care in the Sign of the Climate Catastrophe." Further, this Latin American guiding concept is recognized as a fundamental challenge linked to indigenous cosmologies and epistemologies of the Global South. It also critically inquires into the locally discussed and the broader pattern interruptions in the face of climate catastrophe. The second part delves deeper into the questions regarding the state of (practical) theology in the midst of the Anthropocene: To preserve a planet that can continue to be inhabited by humans, theology must no longer orient itself solely to humans but regard the interconnectedness of all beings. In light of ecofeminist theology and an epistemology of situated knowledge, the following applies to the first and last questions of the planet: Staying with the trouble (Donna Haraway).
