The conference will be held at the Schloss in the mornings until lunch, with afternoon panels and labs at the Catholic Faculty, and evening events at the Studiobühne next to the Catholic Faculty. Please refer to the program for the exact details for each panel and lab.
ACCESSIBILITY
Please note that Studiobühne and the Catholic Faculty buildings do not have elevators; however, their ground floors are wheelchair accessible. All levels of the Schloss buildings are accessible by elevator, ensuring full access for attendees with mobility needs.
Labs
Rather than working in a fixed setup, participants are encouraged to collectively organize the space according to the needs of the session—whether that means rearranging furniture, setting up workstations, or creating informal discussion areas. All the labs will be organized at the Catholic Faculty.
We’ll be taking photos!
A professional photographer will be on the scene to capture memorable moments during the event. We assume that those who attend or are otherwise involved in the event agree to have their photos taken and published exclusively for public relations purposes. If you object to being singled out by the photographer, you always have the option to inform the photographer that you do not wish to be photographed. If this is not possible, the photos in question can be deleted afterwards at your request. If you have any questions or concerns, please speak with our staff at the event, or contact us afterwards by emailing.
