Currently you can place orders by phone, mail or fax. An e-mail needs a signed confirmation by fax or letter. Please order by catalog number, name of the compound, and the desired quantity. Terms and Conditions of Sale The standards offered in this catalogue are qualitative standards suitable only for laboratory use. Generally most items have a purity of 99% or better. Their quality has been checked by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry and other standard techniques. Material safety data (MSD) sheets are available on request. The concentration of the standard solution is about 0.1 mg reference substance/mL. The standards are delivered in brown glass ampouls containing 1 mL standard solution. Storage conditions should be dark and cool. If not ordered differently, the standards are dissolved in toluene. On special request different solvents such as methanol or isooctane can be offered. A surcharge may apply. The solvents are flammable and the substances may be toxic. Keep the container tightly closed and keep it away from sources of ignition - no smoking! Avoid contact with the skin, inhalation and swallowing. The buyer is responsible for all handling after receiving the goods. Specifically, the seller is held free of any liability or responsibility arising from the use of these standards. Please use the enclosed form for your order. The ordering number corresponds to the CAS-number. Please fill in the number of ampouls, the name of the compound and the price. By sending the order form - by post or fax - the customer accepts our conditions of sale, delivery and payment. Deviations from these conditions need our written consent. Prices The prices in the following lists are in Euro and do not include taxes. Orders delivered to German addresses will be assessed the legal sales tax (Umsatzsteuer). Postage will be added to all orders (see below). For universities and polytechnical schools we allow a discount of 10%. 10 % discount to ISPAC members. A 10 % discount on the sum total is offered to all ISPAC members on any purchase of these references. Please indicate on any order that the ISPAC discount is claimed. The order has to be placed in the name of a current ISPAC member. The discount is not avaialble to resellers. For further information on ISPAC, please visit the official ISPAC website Delivery and Shipping We try to ship your order within one day after receiving your order but we cannot guarantee any time of delivery. On request your order will be sent as an express delivery at your expense. Please add 4,50 Euro for postage and packaging for Germany and 9,50 Euro to foreign countries (surface post). Air mail postage may be higher. Express orders will be charged an additional 8,50 Euro. The standards are carefully packaged. In any case the delivery will be made at the customers' risk. Payment The invoice has to be paid within 30 days of delivery. In the case of late payments we charge interest at the rate of 3 % above the current rediscount rate of the Deutsche Bundesbank. Payment can be done directly to the bank account of the University of Münster as instructed on the invoice. Cheques drawn on reputable banks are also accepted. PayPal may be used for credit card payments. Please inquire regarding details. Property Reservation Delivered goods remains our property until payment has been received in full. Complaints Complaints can be brought to notice within 10 days after receipt of the goods. They do not release the customer from payment obligations. In the case of complaints which are accepted by us, the goods are taken back and replaced or the price will be refunded. Further claims are excluded. Redelivery of commodities without our written consent will not be accepted. Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction is Münster. German law is valid. |
