Motivation

"iGEM offers the opportunity to work on a self-driven project independently of formal academic structures and to gain experience beyond the standard curriculum. In our project, I can contribute the knowledge I have already acquired and become part of something bigger.

At the same time, we have the chance to improve our skills across a wide range of fields and develop valuable competencies that will also be important in our future careers. However, what matters most are the many new connections and friendships that can be formed through iGEM."
