Motivation

"The technological progress of our society holds great potential for developing solutions to the consequences of climate change. However, as a student, one rarely has the opportunity to put their own ideas into practice and actively contribute to concrete solutions.

iGEM not only offers a unique opportunity to do so, but also provides a foundation for identifying and further developing research approaches that can sustainably benefit our society. I am grateful to be part of this year’s iGEM team and to contribute to an innovation that has the potential to create real societal value."
