    Center for Religious Studies (CRS)

  • Center for Religion and Modernity (CRM)

The Center for Religion and Modernity (CRM) is an interdisciplinary research network at the University of Münster. It is dedicated to the study of religions, religious communities and actors, and their changing roles in modern and modernizing societies. The CRM is home to research that deals with religious phenomena and how they change in the modern period, as well as with historical developments that can illuminate the role of religion in modernity and thus contribute to our understanding of religion today.

  • European Institute for Molecular Imaging (EIMI)

The scientific area of the European Institute for Molecular Imaging (EIMI) is part of the research profile “cell dynamics, inflammation and imaging” at the University of Münster, and many scientists of the institute are members of the Cells in Motion Interfaculty Centre. Faculties involved include Medicine, Chemistry and Pharmacy, Mathematics and Computer Science, and Physics.

  • European Research Center for Information Systems (ERCIS)

The European Research Center for Information Systems (ERCIS) is a lively international network of researchers and practitioners active in the field of Information Systems (IS). Our different perspectives and backgrounds allow for the unique and country-spanning multi-disciplinary work on current IS questions.

  • Interdisciplinary Centre for Electron Microscopy and Microanalysis (ICEM)

The Interdisciplinary Centre for Electron Microscopy and Microanalysis (ICEM) is a co-operative venture between the Institutes of Mineralogy, Planetology, and Physics to create a research environment in which several new instruments, as well as some existing instruments, can cooperate within the University.
