On Sunday, 21st of July, our team "WWU Spitzensport" has won the Sparda Muenster City Triathlon for the second time! Congratulations!
Lena Malkus has been elected Athlete of the Year in early February.
On wednesday, 16th of january, all athletes and the whole project "partner University of top level sports" received the special prize from the president of the WWU for outstanding athletic performance and work during the 35th University sports show.
On thursday, 13th of december, all athletes and the team of the commisioner of top level sports meet each other on christmas market. It was a nice evening, merry christmas and a happy new year to all of you!
On monday, 26th of november, the successful athletes of the university of muenster were assigned by Dr. Marianne Ravenstein.
On Friday, 16th of october, the sports hall of boxing was celebrated. It will be an olympic training center.
On September, 24th, our top-athletes meet each other at the Rossini. It was a very nice and funny evening! Thanks for joining us!
Daniel Westmattelmann, top athlete, received the special prize from the president of the WWU for outstanding athletic performance during the 34th University sports show on January, 18th, 2012. Prorector Dr. M. Ravenstein praised the excellent achievement and the fact that he also manages to conclude his studies.
On July, 19th the first münsteraner forum of top athletes sports will take place in the city hall of Münster. Several top-class guests will discuss about the dual career of top-level athletes.

On January, 31st 2011 Prof. Strauß and Dr. Halberschmidt visited the Boxing team of Telekom Post SV. We had the ooportunity to see the young athletetes doing their homework as well as the training. Thank you very much, it was a very interessting evening!
Linda Schlücker, top athlete from the institute of sports science (sports psychology), received the special prize from the president of the WWU for outstanding athletic performance during the 33rd University sports show on January, 19th, 2011. Prorector Dr. M. Ravenstein praised the excellent achievement and the fact that Linda Schlücker also manages to conclude her studies and promotion.

On December 20th, 2011 top athletes of the University met on the Christmas market. Because of the cold, the meeting was transferred to the nearby restaurants. It was a very nice evening with many interesting conversations.
In the boarding school for sports, Prof Bernd Strauß and Dr. Barbara Halberschmidt invited for an information evening on November 3rd, 2010. It was much fun and we hope to return next year!
On September 8, 2010 there was an indoor barbecue (Mongolian) for all top athletes who study at the university, with partners, friends and supervisors.
