Chromatographische Enantiomerentrennung von Arzneistoffen

Es wird die Chromatographie an optisch aktiven Adsorbentien als neue Methode zur Enantiomerentrennung entwickelt. Damit können racemische Arzneistoffe sowohl analytisch wie präparativ in die optischen Formen getrennt werden. Ziel ist dabei die Entwicklung optisch reiner Arzneistoffe mit verbesserter Wirkung und verringerten Nebenwirkungen.
