University of Münster welcomes 370 international guests

"Welcome Week" at Münster University / Intensive Language Courses for new students

Welcome, bienvenida and tervetuloa for about 370 exchange students, who were recently greeted by the International Office of the University of Münster during the "Welcome Week". The majority of the guests take part in the Erasmus exchange programme of the European Union. In the upcoming winter semester, 70 non-European "Incomings" will also study at Münster University for one or two semesters.

During the Welcome Week, students will receive important advices on starting their studies, get to know Münster and the University, and even get tips on cycling and traffic rules in Germany. With 70 international guests, the largest group comes from Spain - students from non-European partner countries come mainly from China, Japan, Taiwan and India. Following the welcoming week, most of them take part in a one-week intensive language course
