Crop XHTML report

Description

This script extract quantitation events (QE) of interest from a qTrace XHTML report.
Specify which QE you are interested in by entering the appropriate values below. Multiple values can be entered, for example you can specify ‘WLQYSEVIHAR LYDEELQAIAK’ in the peptide field and ‘2’ in the charge field to extract all doubly charged quantitation events of either peptide.
If a QE file is passed to this script, only quantitation events from this list will pass the filter, in addition to the additional parameters specified.

Input files

• at least 1 XHTML report file (.xhtml)
• optional: quantitation events files (.csv)

Output files

This is a converter script which produces a cropped XHTML files file for every input XHTML report file.
