Extract identifications

Description

Extract identified peptides and proteins from PSM list files.

Input files

• at least 1 OMSSA results file (.csv)

Output files

This is a converter script which produces a identifications file for every input OMSSA results file.

Context

Parameters

Scope

Specify whether peptides or proteins should be extracted.

Choices: peptide (default), protein
