Add protein information

Description

Tag peptide quantitation events with proteins by matching peptides to entries in a protein database. Quantitation events from peptides that occur in multiple proteins are discarded, the same happens with peptides that are not found in any protein sequence.

Input files

• at least 1 quantitation events file (.csv)
• at least 1 protein database file (.fa | .faa | .fas | .fasta)

Output files

• Tagged results (with-proteins.csv)
