Crop PSM list by hit distinctiveness

Description

Scan PSM lists and remote all hits to a spectrum which are further away from the best to that spectrum than a user-defined threshold.

Input files

• at least 1 OMSSA results file (.csv)

Output files

• Cropped PSM list (cropped.csv)
• Discarded PSM list (discarded.csv)

Context

Parameters

Hit distinctiveness threshold

Default: 2.0
