International Office, Welcome Centre & Staff Mobility

The Welcome Centre & Staff Mobility department in the International Office is the central institution in the onboarding process for internationally mobile researchers from Postdoc level onwards and the hosting faculties and also provides an ongoing consulting service. In this context it offers advice on issues as childcare options, school and childrens´ subsidy exclusively to researchers, who are not employed at WWU (i.e. scholarship holders and self-financed scientists). Researchers, who have an employment contract are assisted by the Family Service Bureau of WWU in these matters and not-employed should refer to the Graduate Centre.
