In this workshop, participants will outline key characteristics, constraints, and phases of doctoral research projects. They will evaluate the applicability of traditional and agile project management techniques, identify good practices and solutions to common pitfalls, develop a communication strategy for engaging doctoral supervisors, and apply selected project management techniques and tools to their own research projects.
