This workshop invites you to take a broader perspective on your career development, whether you aim to pursue an academic path or explore opportunities beyond academia. Using an Individual Development Plan (IDP), you will learn to translate your vision into concrete, achievable goals that align with your values, motivations, and competencies. Through guided reflection, peer exchange, and practical tools, you’ll build a framework to plan, track, and continuously refine your professional growth. Additional support is offered through peer group meetings and individual consultation sessions.
