Die WWU Münster richtet zum WS 2023/24 das Lehramt für sonderpädagogische Förderung (sF) mit den Förderschwerpunkten Lernen (L) sowie Emotionale und soziale Entwicklung (ESE) ein. Die Verantwortung der beiden Förderschwerpunkte liegt im Institut für Erziehungswissenschaft (FB 06) und im Institut für Psychologie in Bildung und Erziehung (FB 07).

Am Fachbereich 06 Erziehungswissenschaft und Sozialwissenschaften der WWU ist im Institut für Erziehungswissenschaft zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine

W3-Professur (w/m/d) für Erziehungswissenschaft mit dem Schwerpunkt Sonderpädagogik im Kontext inklusiver Bildung: Förderschwerpunkt Lernen

zu besetzen. Diese Professur stellt eine von drei Professuren im Institut für Erziehungswisse-schaft sowie zwei Professuren im Institut für Psychologie in Bildung und Erziehung am FB 07 Psychologie und Sportwissenschaft dar, die den o.g. neuen Lehramtsstudiengang für sonderpädagogische Förderung tragen und ausgestalten.

Der/Die zukünftige Stelleninhaber:in soll den sonderpädagogischen Förderschwerpunkt Lernen im Kontext inklusiver Bildung in den Bereichen Diagnostik und Förderung in Forschung und Lehre vertreten. Erwartet werden Forschungsschwerpunkte in den Bereichen Lernentwicklung, individuelle und soziale Lernvoraussetzungen und -barrieren bzw. Diagnostik und individuelle Förderung. Die Forschung soll inklusionspädagogisch ausgerichtet und insbesondere auf Schüler:innen mit Lernbeeinträchtigungen bezogen sein.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören die Durchführung von Lehrveranstaltungen in den einschlägigen Modulen der Bachelor- und Masterstudiengänge des Lehramts sonderpädagogische Förderung sowie weiterer lehramtsbezogener und anderer erziehungswissenschaftlicher Bachelor- und Masterstudiengänge, die Mitwirkung am Aufbau und der konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklung des Lehramtsstudiengangs sonderpädagogische Förderung, die Betreuung von Studierenden in schulischen Praxisphasen, die Abnahme von Prüfungen sowie die Mitwirkung in der akademischen Selbstverwaltung.

Erwartet werden
•    ein erziehungswissenschaftliches bzw. sonder- oder inklusionspädagogisches Profil in For-schung und Lehre,
•    eine empirische Forschungsorientierung,
•    einschlägige nationale und internationale Publikationen, darunter solche mit Peer Review,
•    nationale und internationale Kooperationen sowie
•    Erfahrungen in der Einwerbung von Drittmitteln.

Erwartet wird weiterhin eine Zusammenarbeit mit den thematisch relevanten Arbeitsbereichen im Institut für Erziehungswissenschaft und im Institut für Psychologie in Bildung und Erziehung sowie mit den Fachdidaktiken im Lehramtsstudiengang sonderpädagogische Förderung.

Voraussetzungen für die Bewerbung sind nach § 36 Hochschulgesetz NRW
•    ein einschlägiger überdurchschnittlicher Studienabschluss,
•    eine erziehungswissenschaftlich bzw. sonder- oder inklusionspädagogisch einschlägige Promotion,
•    darüber hinaus sehr gute wissenschaftliche Leistungen im oben beschriebenen Arbeitsfeld, die im Rahmen einer Habilitation, einer Juniorprofessur oder einer Tätigkeit als wissenschaftliche/r Mitarbeiter/in an einer Hochschule oder außeruniversitären Einrichtung oder im Rahmen einer wissenschaftlichen Tätigkeit in Wirtschaft, Verwaltung oder in einem anderen gesellschaftlichen Bereich im In- und Ausland erbracht worden sind sowie
•    hochschuldidaktische Eignung sowie Bereitschaft zur Lehre in englischer und deutscher Sprache.

The Institute of Education (IfE) of the Faculty of Education and Social Sciences (FB 6) at the Univer-sity of Münster (WWU) seeks to fill the following position as soon as possible:

W3-level professorship (f/m/d) in educational science with the focus on special needs education in the context of inclusive education: special learning needs

This professorship is one of three professorships in the Institute of Education and two professor-ships in the Institute for Psychology in Education responsible for administering and developing the above-mentioned new teaching degree programme for special needs education.

The prospective appointee shall represent the special education area “learning” in the context of inclusive education in the domains of assessment and support in research and teaching. The candidate’s research efforts should focus on the areas of learning development, individual and social learning requirements and learning obstacles, or assessment and individual support. The candi-date’s research should have an inclusion-pedagogical orientation and particularly focus on pupils with learning impairments.

The candidate’s responsibilities include conducting courses in subject-relevant modules of the bachelor’s and master’s teaching degree programmes in special needs education, as well as other teaching degree-related study programmes and bachelor’s and master’s programmes in education-al science. The candidate should also contribute to building and conceptually developing the teaching degree programme in special needs education, supervise students during their in-school practical phases, administer examinations, and participate in academic self-administration.

We expect candidates to:
•    have cultivated an educational scientific and/or special needs or inclusion pedagogical profile in research and teaching
•    possess an empirical research orientation
•    have published thematically relevant national and international papers, including peer-reviewed publications
•    have participated in national and international collaborations
•    possess experience with procuring third-party funding.

We expect the candidate to work with the thematically relevant research groups at the Institute of Education and the Institute for Psychology in Education, as well as the subject-related didactic areas in the special needs education teaching degree programme.

In accordance with § 36 of the NRW Higher Education Act (HG NRW), the application requirements include:
•    an above-average, thematically relevant university degree
•    doctoral degree in educational science or special needs, or an inclusion-pedagogical subject
•    exceptional academic achievements in the relevant field performed as an assistant professor (Juniorprofessor), while pursuing a habilitation (postdoctoral qualification), working as an ac-ademic staff member at a university or non-university research institute, or working in a re-search position in business, industry, administration or other relevant social fields in Germany or abroad
•    aptitude in higher-education didactics and willingness to hold courses in English and German.
