Die WWU Münster richtet zum WS 2023/24 das Lehramt für sonderpädagogische Förderung (sF) mit den Förderschwerpunkten Lernen (L) sowie Emotionale und soziale Entwicklung (ESE) ein. Die beiden Förderschwerpunkte sollen in gemeinsamer Verantwortung vom Institut für Erziehungswissenschaft (FB 6) und vom Institut für Psychologie in Bildung und Erziehung (FB 7) mit der Einrichtung von fünf zusätzlichen Professuren aufgebaut werden.
Am Fachbereich 07 – Psychologie und Sportwissenschaften, Institut für Psychologie in Bildung und Erziehung – der Westfälischen Wilhelms-Universität Münster ist dazu baldmöglichst eine
Professur (W 1-Junior-Professur mit Tenure Track auf W2)
für Diagnostik und individuelle Förderung in der inklusiven Schule
zu besetzen.
Die zukünftige Stelleninhaberin/der zukünftige Stelleninhaber soll die genannten Inhaltsgebiete in Forschung und Lehre vertreten. In der Forschung wird ein international ausgewiesenes Forschungsprofil erwünscht. Zu den Aufgaben gehört die Wahrnehmung von Lehre und Prüfung in dem neu eingerichteten Studiengang des Lehramts für sonderpädagogische Förderung. Die zukünftige Stelleninhaberin/der zukünftige Stelleninhaber soll im Bereich der pädagogisch-psychologischen Diagnostik im Kontext inklusiver Bildung, in der Planung und Evaluation von Fördermaßnahmen sowie hinsichtlich empirischer Forschungsmethoden ausgewiesen sein.
Von der zukünftigen Stelleninhaberin/dem zukünftigen Stelleninhaber werden didaktische Kompetenzen sowie ein hohes Engagement in der Lehre erwartet. Bitte fügen Sie Ergebnisse von Lehrevaluationen bei. Erfahrungen mit der Einwerbung von Drittmitteln sind wünschenswert. Es wird eine Anschlussfähigkeit an die Forschungsschwerpunkte der Arbeitseinheiten im Fach Psychologie sowie eine Kooperationsbereitschaft mit den am Studiengang beteiligten Arbeitseinheiten erwartet. Die Orientierung an Open-Science Praktiken wird in den Instituten der Psychologie wertgeschätzt. Voraussetzung für die Bewerbung ist ein Hochschulabschluss (Master/Dipl.) und eine qualifizierte einschlägige Promotion.

The University of Münster will be introducing a new teaching degree programme in special needs education (SNE) with specialisation in learning (L) and emotional and social development (ESD) in the winter semester 2023/24. The Institute of Education (IfE, FB 6) and the Institute for Psychology in Education and Instruction (PBE, FB 7) are jointly responsible for expanding both areas of specialisation, for which five additional professorships are being established.
The Institute for Psychology in Education and Instruction (PBE) in the Faculty of Psychology / Sport and Exercise Sciences (FB 7) of the University of Münster (WWU) invites applications for the following position to commence at the earliest possible date:
W1-level assistant professorship with W2 tenure track
in diagnostics and individual promotion in the inclusive school
The selected candidate shall represent the entire spectrum of research and teaching activities in the abovementioned subject area. We are interested in candidates with an internationally recognised research profile. The candidate’s tasks will include providing instruction and administering examinations in the newly established teaching degree programme in special needs education. The selected candidate should possess expertise in pedagogical-psychological diagnostics in the context of inclusive education, in planning and evaluating special needs measures, as well as empirical research methods.
We expect the candidate to possess university-level didactic competence and demonstrate strong commitment to his/her teaching responsibilities. Please include the results of your teaching evaluations. Prior experience with procuring third-party funding is desired. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who can establish ties to the research activities of the working units in the psychology department and shows a willingness to cooperate with other participating working units involved in the degree programme. Open science practices are strongly appreciated at the Institutes of Psychology. To be eligible to apply, candidates must hold a higher education degree (master’s/Diploma) and a qualified, subject-relevant doctoral degree.
