Prognostische Faktoren bei Nierentransplantation

In der Anfangsphase der Nierentransplantation standen in erster Linie immunologische Probleme im Vordergrund. Mittlerweile wird die Bedeutung weiterer Faktoren deutlich, die Einfluß auf die Langzeitprognose Nierentransplantierter nehmen. Hier ist zum Beispiel die arterielle Hypertonie zu nennen. Die Bedeutung anderer Faktoren wie Hyperlipidämie ist bislang nicht eingehend untersucht.
