Stereoselektive Biotransformation von Arzneistoffen

Zahlreiche chirale Arzneistoffe sind nicht optisch rein, sondern liegen als Racemat (1:1-Gemisch der optischen Formen) vor. Es wird die Biotransformation beider optischen Formen untersucht, um daraus Ursachen stereoselektiver Wirkungen und Nebenwirkungen abzuleiten.
