Exercise No. 1

Foot on ball: bend head forward and backward. Rotate to sides. Change legs.


Exercise No. 2

Foot on ball: lift arms from sides. Hold for a while. Change legs.


Exercise No. 3

Foot on ball: lift arms forward. Hold for a while. Change legs.


Exercise No. 4

Foot on ball: lift arms up. Hold for a while. Change legs.


Exercise No. 5

Foot on ball: roll ball with all parts of foot. Change legs.

Exercise No. 6

Foot on ball: close your eyes. Stay a while with eyes closed. Change legs.


Exercise No. 7

Foot on ball: throw ball to friend and catch back. Change legs.


Exercise No. 8

Foot on ball: throw ball and catch back. Change legs.


Exercise No. 9

Foot on ball: call 8 boys’ names. Change legs.


Exercise No. 10

Foot on ball: press another ball with hands. Change legs.
