Exercise No. 1

Step forward on disc, other leg lifted. Change legs.


Exercise No. 2

Step backward on disc, other leg lifted. Change legs.


Exercise No. 3

One leg on disc: Step forward and backward with other leg. Change legs.


Exercise No. 4

Step to side on disc, other leg lifted. Change legs.


Exercise No. 5

Step to side of disc, bring other foot to disc. Once more to the same side. Other side.

Exercise No. 6

Stand on disc. Walk on it gently.


Exercise No. 7

Stand on disc. Walk on it gently with hand movements.


Exercise No. 8

Stand on disc. Walk on it gently with hands lifted up and down alternately.


Exercise No. 9

Stand on disc, feet apart: move head forward and backward. Rotate to sides.


Exercise No. 10

Stand on disc, feet apart: lift arms forward. Hold for a while.


Exercise No. 11

Stand on disc, feet apart: lift one arm up. Hold for a while. Change hands.


Exercise No. 12

Stand on disc, feet apart: lift arms up. Stay there a while.


Exercise No. 13

Stand on disc, feet apart: throw ball to friend and catch back.


Exercise No. 14

Stand on disc, feet apart: throw and catch ball.
