Exercise No. 1

Foot on ball: Bend head forward and backward, rotate to sides. Change foot.


Exercise No. 2

Foot on ball, hand extended to side: reach out as far as possible. Other side. Change foot.


Exercise No. 3

Foot on ball, hands extended forward: reach forward as far as possible. Change foot.


Exercise No. 4

Foot on ball: Lift knee of other leg up. Hold for a few seconds. Change foot.


Exercise No. 5

Foot on ball: Lift hands up. Hold for a few seconds. Change foot.

Exercise No. 6

One foot on ball, other knee up: lift hands up. Hold for a few seconds. Change foot.


Exercise No. 7

Foot on ball: Throw ball to friend and catch back. Change foot.


Exercise No. 8

Foot on ball: Throw and catch ball. Change foot.


Exercise No. 9

Foot on ball: Press ball between palms. Change foot.


Exercise No. 10

Foot on ball: Close your eyes. Change foot.


Exercise No. 11

Foot on ball. Name vegetables. Change foot, name fruits.
