The project consortium developed all information, materials and videos provided on this website according to its best knowledge and abilities within a research project funded by the European Union. Nevertheless, physical activity can cause injuries. By implementing the exercises and activities you agree to participate voluntarily and at your own risk. Always consult your physician before attempting physical activity. Make also sure to read our safety guidelines before using the WHOLE programme.
