Comments

Purpose of this workshop is the gain of basic moderation competence. Central matters of the seminar are communication skills, presentation skills, discussion-moderation skills and workshop-moderation skills.

Description

The students reflect the whole moderation process. In the main focus of the seminar are different matters of communication, presentation and of course moderation. The last part is separated in moderation of meetings and moderation of workshops. Different creative methods will make the workshop perfect.

Prerequisites

It is no special preparation or previous knowledge necessary; all relevant contents will be developed during the seminar.

Certificates

The certificate of performance requires:

  • participation at all practical simulations
  • term paper (approx. 6 pages Din A4)
Learning Content

The seminar shall enable participants to lead team discussions as well as workshops. Matters of communication and creative methods will make the contents perfect.
