Description

The seminar will deal with topics and methods in the area of organizational health management including topics such as recovery and work-life balance. On the one hand, participants will gain evidence-based knowledge about stress, recovery, work-life balance, stress management interventions and other organizational, health-promoting interventions. On the other hand, participants will work on the practical implications and develop concepts for organizational interventions to foster employee well-being.

Remarks

Das Seminar findet in Englisch statt, um Studierenden die Möglichkeit zu geben, fachliche Diskussionen und Präsentationen in englischer Sprache zu verfolgen und selbst zu üben. Normale Schulkenntnisse in Englisch sind völlig ausreichend für die Teilnahme.
