    Marlene Mauk studierte Politikwissenschaft und Publizistik in Mainz und Kristiansand (Norwegen). Ihre Promotion in Politikwissenschaft schloss sie 2017 an der Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz ab. Von 2012 bis 2018 arbeitete sie als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Institut für Politikwissenschaft der JGU Mainz. Seit Oktober 2018 ist Marlene Mauk als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am European Data Laboratory for Comparative Social Research (EUROLAB) und bei Gesis Training tätig. Im Sommersemester 2021 vertritt sie die Professur für Empirische Methoden der Sozialforschung an der WWU Münster.

    Marlene Mauk studied political science and communication studies in Mainz (Germany) and Kristiansand (Norway). She received her PhD in political science from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz in 2017. From 2012 to 2018, she worked as a researcher and lecturer at the Department of Political Science, JGU Mainz. Since October 2018, Marlene is a postdoctoral researcher at Gesis, working with the European Data Laboratory for Comparative Social Research (EUROLAB) and Gesis Training. In the summer term 2021, she acts as interim professor for Empirical Methods of Social Research at WWU Münster.
