New: Chatbot Quin (test phase in February)

In February, the test phase of the new chatbot Quin of the WWU IT is running. Quin assists IT Support and can initially answer questions about selected areas (OTP, email access, WLAN, passwords, VPN and Office 365). In this way, users receive quick and uncomplicated answers even outside of service hours. Quin is also able to provide support addresses that can be reached by phone or e-mail. After the test phase, the chatbot's repertoire will be expanded if necessary.
