Legal Basis: The State Equal Opportunity Act (Landesgleichstellungsgesetz LGG) forms the central regulatory framework for equal opportunity measures at universities. The NRW University Future Act (Hochschulzukunftsgesetz (HZG)) defines the responsibilities of the Equal Opportunity Officer at the University.
Basic principles, documents and reports of the University of Münster [de]: The equal-opportunity measures implemented at the University of Münster are based on various regulations and agreements, e.g. the University Constitution or the framework plan for gender equality. Progress reports on the University’s equal-opportunity activities are issued on a regular basis, e.g. in annual reports and as part of the research-oriented gender equality standards of the German Research Foundation (DFG).
