Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in Research Teams

Target audience: PhDs and PostDocs

Research shows that diverse teams bring together individuals with unique backgrounds and perspectives, leading to a broader range of ideas and approaches to research problems and more creativity. In order to turn the diversity of research teams into an asset it is important to become aware of and address the challenges that might arise in diverse teams and build an equitable and inclusive research environment which will allow researchers to achieve their full potential. The workshop will equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills which will empower them to navigate diverse perspectives and create more inclusive and equitable research environments.
