The coronavirus pandemic has changed our working world – perhaps forever. The new normal is here to stay. In order to remain successful, businesses and organisations are developing new scenarios of collaboration in a starkly altered working world – mobile work, home office, virtual collaboration.

We have to think outside the box, venture outside our comfort zone, adopt new perspectives, respond to changing and uncertain situations – in other words, we have to reshape the modern working world! Managers play an important role in this respect as they supervise individuals and teams. They bear special responsibility when it comes to transforming the entire organisation.
