The basic concepts of Tensor Field Theory (TFT), as a pertinent framework to address Quantum Gravity will be introduced. In particular, a focus will be made on Feynman graphs of TFTs which are dual to simplicial complexes and so, are viewed as quanta of geometry. Then, I will review important results that we have obtained in the renormalization analysis of these theories.
