Brain tumors can damage the blood brain barrier, leading to internal bleeding and additional stress on the brain. This talk gives a brief overview over the current state of my thesis, where I adapt and solve the Biot equations to model the effects of this internal bleeding. I will discuss how the integration of medical images affect model, discretization and solving and close with a discussion of the viability of this new technique.
