Important for MA-Students of the new master course: The registration period for your examinations is open from 23rd of October 2017 until 19th of December 2017. To get your credit points for this summer term a correct registration at QISPOS is absolutely essential! After the 19th of December 2017 it is not possible to register anymore, and there is nothing you, the lecturers or the institute's staff can do about it! You must register for every seminar and lecture which you are attending and seperately also for the term papers which you will write in the semester break. If you have any questions, feel free to ask your lecturer or your student council at fsethno@uni-muenster.de.

Prof. Dr. Thomas Csordas, expert on Psycho- and Medical Anthropology of Catholic Excorzism, is giving a lecture on Tuesday, the 7th of Feb, in the Fürstenberghaus (6-8pm)

Important Info-Meeting for the re-accredition of our institute's Master programme 

On Monday 6th of June from 6-8pm there will be an important meeting at our institute in which the staff of the institute will inform you about the re-accredited master programme "Social Anthropology/ Sozialanthropologie (valid from winter term 2016/17 onwards)". It is also interesting for master students who are already enrolled, because you can change some subjects and maybe benefit from the new structure. Maria Tiimon, Pacific Outreach officer for the Edmund Rice Centre (Sydney), will give a lecture about "Sea level rise in the Pacific" in our Institute's Colloquium from 4-6 pm on Wednesday, 16th of December .
