The upcoming forum is devoted to Olaf Zenker’s concept of Nomocidal Closure. Building on contemporary debates on epistemic violence, epistemicide and jurispathic law, it develops a general concept for analysing how every normative order co-constitutes its own unity and perspectivised diversity while necessarily leaving aspects of radical plurality illegible.
