• If a room is available you will receive approximately two month before your rental period an offer by email.
• If you wish to confirm the offer please answer within the mentioned deadline.
• BE AWARE: if you deny the room offer your application will automatically be deleted!
• You will have to transfer the first monthly advance payment and the deposit. The required bank data are indicated in the rental contract.
• Please send back the rental contract by post.
