Select two experiments and they will be quantified in regards to their peptide and spectra counts.
In order to get more precise information you may also use the MSMAG tool which quantifies in a similar but
more refined manner. It also allows for normalization by using 'housekeeping' peptide references
and for the use of more than two experiments so that even time series can be analyzed with the tool.
