Representative for the Severely Disabled
The Representative for the Severely Disabled is appointed to ensure the equal treatment of University staff with severe handicaps. The representative supports them in their daily work by providing information and assistance with all matters related to (severe) disability and professional life.
Because the office is also responsible for integrative measures, it is the central contact for severely disabled job applicants.
The Representative for the Severely Disabled supports the University in fulfilling its obligation as employer to promote the rehabilitation and participation of handicapped persons in accordance with the Social Code IX.
